Unlike traditional shared spas, Soulo Bath House is an exclusive outdoor wellness sanctuary reserved entirely for your group. Set within 50 acres of private rainforest near Manuel Antonio, the experience centers on self-guided hot and cold contrast therapy and nature immersion—with no therapists, rigid schedules, or interruptions.

Upon arrival, your hosts will provide a brief orientation to the facilities before leaving you to enjoy the sanctuary in complete privacy.

Experience Flow:

• Personal Welcome & Orientation: Meet your hosts for a warm greeting, brief walkthrough of the facilities, and introduction to the hydrotherapy cycle.
• Handcrafted Stone Sauna: Warm up in the custom-built stone sauna infused with natural aromatherapy essential oils.
• Contrast Therapy & River Soaking: Alternate between heat and refreshing cool-downs using the outdoor dump bucket, jungle rain shower, or step directly into the natural river pool.
• Warm Soaking & Water-Jetted Relaxation: Unwind in the wood-fired riverfront bathtub or lie back on water-jetted hydrotherapy massage tables with self-guided body scrubs and oils.
• Rest & Reconnect: Relax in open-air daybeds or hammocks, listening to the natural white noise of the jungle and river while enjoying light refreshments.

6. Important Information & Restrictions

• Age Requirement: Minimum age is 21 years old.
• Attire: Swimwear is required at all times.
• Non-Smoking / Non-Vaping Facility: Smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property or river grounds.
• Outside Food & Beverage Policy: Outside food and alcohol are strictly prohibited. Fresh fruit, light snacks, coffee, tea, and infused water are provided.
• Eco-Policy (No Sunscreen): To protect the natural river ecosystem, sunscreen and chemical body lotions are strictly prohibited in the river and bathhouse facilities. Shaded relaxation areas and natural canopy cover are provided throughout the space.
• Privacy Notice: The bathhouse structure, sauna, and immediate grounds are 100% private to your booking. The adjacent river is a natural flowing waterway; while the area is highly secluded, it is situated in a natural environment.
• Physical Fitness / Accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible. Guests should be able to navigate outdoor terrain, natural stone steps, and unpaved pathways.
• Health Restrictions: Not recommended for pregnant travelers or guests with severe heart conditions/high blood pressure due to high-heat sauna and hot tub use.
